A BIT ABOUT MYSELF
I was born in
Dachau/Germany
on 23rd July 1961. This is a small town close to Munich.
This is the house I grew up, a typical house built after the second world war in the 50's.
Strange how people can change over the years...
My parents, my brother and me.
I completed school with matric, then a 2 year education at Siemens in Munich (programming and operating systems).
After that I tried studying English and Spanish in Germersheim (an even smaller town close to Karlsruhe in the southwest of Germany) as a translator but I was not too successful.
During that time I stayed in a so-called"commune" in Karlsruhe which was lots of fun.
After I had enough of unsuccessful studies for 4 years I started working in Karlsruhe at a
company called Interflex (they do access control and time management systems).
Then it was time to get my first car!
Four years later I moved to Hannover in northern Germany and started working for Siemens in telecommunications.
Beginning of 1999 I moved to South Africa, still with Siemens.
